Working closely alongside our Design Team, the CP Sales and Account Managers are in consistent dialogue with our customers throughout the entire development and production process. Daily communication with our customers ensures for smooth transition from initial design briefs to bulk orders being placed. 

We pride ourselves on the personal touch, and therefore our teams are on hand, to personally deliver any last minute developments required to meet specific requirements and timescales. 

 Assisting the teams based in the UK, our clients also benefit from having a direct link to factory merchandisers at source. 

Located in Hong Kong, there are six merchandising teams who specialise in fabric and product development, with further teams located at the factory to handle production. 

In Porto, we also have a strong merchandising team in place, working daily to ensure that customers briefs and bulk factory deadlines are fulfilled. 

 All of whom aid dialogue through the development and manufacturing stages, to ensure a seamless process through to delivery.
